some things in life are sooo gud part II

Foot in the air
Foot on the ground
flick your hips
take mithun down.
That's VARSHA. yes, it is now official all my friends are either completely crazy or perverts(another story). In gk, with half the population staring at us, varsha dancing to "I am a disco dancer", making feeble attempts at stepovers, spitting out sprite, discussing the President(interact club, shez not geek-girl), hoping her kids don't turn out like "someone".
sighhh.. life is good
By the way, i'd gone to get english notes from Saba, and ended up spending almost 2 hours in gk, doing nothing- golgappis, sandwich, sprite of course and some ass taking.

some things in life are just sooo GOOD

Recently, I went in my friend Dakshina’s bus. Some friend of hers was telling her a story, some gossip, of course. The REACTION was just amazing. I’ve written REACTION in capital letters, though that doesn’t even come close to describing what it was.

One moment she’s standing there, nodding her head. KABOOM!!

She’s up on her toes, ignoring the swaying motion of the bus, mouth wide open, gaping away to glory, hands coming up in one swift movement to her face and she starts squealing or screaming or whatever you want to call it. The frequency was so high I almost didn’t hear it. I could swear she jumped many times, no mean feat mind you.(wink)

Boy, Do I want to know what that news or what, though I doubt it’ll be more than some teeny weeny minisculity. That’s life(read: dakshina) for you.

INDIA o INDIA

I'll make no bones about the fact, i love india, i love being indian. there are just certain things which only indians can do.

go on the street to eat snacks, golgappas et al

be a producer of KBC2 and give questions like
ritesh deshmukh and tushaar kapoor starred in which movie
a) kya kool hai hum b)kya fool hai hum
c)maine phone kyon kiya d)kya sust hai hum

we can silently smirk on the fact that we live in a country with such a 'wide culture', the diversity, haven for hollywood stars.

best part is the fine mix of language that we speak. A well made mix of hindi and english sounds soooo ELEGANT, i think.

we can make remixes of songs like no one else, senseless ones, funny ones, dirty ones.

we can speak in weird accents, bihari, haryanvi- basically we're excellent mimmickers.

at the end of the day, the average indian will try to help you (and fleece you in some slight way)

Some things are said a million times better in hindi, it's a very emotional language.

Our primitiveness, so as to say, when compared to the West, is kind of endearing, i can hardly imagine life without a few power cuts, water problems, cribbing about prices at mocha, a few repairs here and there on our own.

THE CRICKET TEAM!!

indian parliament.

the kashmir dispute, i find it rather amusing now. the two countries have decided to agree that they will make efforts to agree to one another's positions- that's what they do now.

the "corruption" and social evils and inefficiency.

we get by, you know. however the state of this place is, i don't want to leave for studies and all. In some manner we do manage to get our points across, we're nice people blah blah.
i LOVE my country
happy indepence day too in a few days

eating fast eating slow

as is not quite apparent, i've been to McD's. These guys are smart to say the least. to tap the great indian janta they've priced a lot of stuff at rs. 20, highly convenient. Even though their quality is not quite the best, it's affordable.
well, i was eating up quick and i hear- damn you eat slow. flipparooni!! thing is my sister had finished her food. let me inform you- her food includes 1 mc aloo tikki burger. by the time she was done with that, my stomach had had the pleasures of 3 chicken mcgrills and half a mc currypan.
REALY turns yoiu off! i had to give my 4th burger to dad and have a large fries instead.
but the coke and soft serve was good. YUMMM
