last day?

that's it.
school's closed down early, summer vacations have started 3 days early. On the downside, investiture got cancelled, we didn't have any last day celebrations other than discussing all the cartoons we used to watch and how we used to eat crax and fun flips. On the upside, chhutiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!
plus, 6 students from dps rkp, me, shri roshan shankar(dats wat he wuz called), dakshina, arushi, vrinda nd manpreet went to rashtrapati bhavan to meet our president, abdul kalam on the reservations issue. the talk itself wasn't much, but 'president house' is SIMPLY BREATHTAKING.
Once you enter(from gate no 63) on the left, on the right gardens stretch till no end. a few turns later you reach the parking, where there is a massive courtyard. from there, the reception is the next stop. needless to say HUGE. Then comes the waiting room. Enroute, you see fountains and more gardens. Once in the corridor, it's tooo long to see the end and of course it has doors and doors and more doors.
Truly, the experience was awesome. Imagine, sitting in a room with the president, where all the heads of states etc etc sit, talking with the president for 20 minutes, in the case of manpreet- scolding the president, after having some army hotshot profusely apologizing for the delay.

PS- roshan's posted this story- "Alien Invasion" which we'd written in 8th standard and won first prize for in a storytelling competition. the names, the ideas are just tooo gud.
